There has been a hike in the boat licensing fee, according to the Supplement No. 3 published with Extraordinary Gazette No. 91 dated 20th September, 2012.

The Port Authority will be upgrading some of its servers on Monday, June 4th 2012 from 7:00am until 5:00pm. During this time all account functions (BOL inquiry, invoice lookup, releasing, etc), What’s In Port and ship schedules will be unavailable. The Port Authority woud like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Attached is a list of changes to our regular work schedule due to the Easter Holidays 2011 for Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. Please make arrangements to have your cargo picked up early as the Warehouse will be closed on some of the days listed. Click here for more.
Please be advised that the Port will be closed for the celebration of the wedding of HRH Prince William and Miss Catherine Middleton. All areas will be closed from 12:00 AM Friday 29th April,2011 to 12:00 AM Saturday 30th April, 2011.
All areas of the Port Authority will close at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 15th December 2010 for a staff meeting. Normal Working hours will resume at 6:00 pm for the night staff.

What to do when your shipment arrives in Grand Cayman Procedures you have to go through before receiving your shipment. You can decide to clear the shipment yourself or appoint a broker to do so on your behalf.
Ship your cargo using any of the shipping companies or one of the agents. For Importing and Exporting of Cargo to/from Cayman brac Thompson Shipping is the only agent/company to import and export freight from Cayman Brac. You may contact them for further information.
