The Customs Department now has a new location on Portland Road, Industrial Park; behind the Port Billing Office. You can clear all sea cargo at this location.
The following are the operational hours for all of Port Authority over the Easter Holiday weekend.
Thursday, April 9, normal operations till midnight. Day crew works as normal. Night crew will work from 6:00pm till 12:00am (Friday, April 10).
All areas will be closed from 12:00am on Friday, April 10, till 12:00am Saturday, April 11. Night operations will resume at 12:00am on Saturday, April 11 till 6:00am.
Day crew and billing office will work as normal on Saturday.
Saturday night crew will work as normal from 6:00pm till 6:00am on Sunday April 12.
Sunday crew will work from 6:00pm till 12:00am (Monday, April 13). Overtime before 6pm is permitted if requested by the agent.
All areas will be closed from 12:00am on Monday, April 13 till 12:00am Tuesday, April 14. Night operations will resume at 12:00am on Tuesday, April 14 till 6:00am.
Normal operational hours resume at 8:00am on Tuesday, April 14 for day crew.

Below is a list of changes to our regular work schedule due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. Please make arrangements to have your cargo picked up early as the Warehouse will be closed on some of the days below.

| Saturday | 27 December | Normal operations will resume at 8:00am for day work and the night shift start at 6:00pm. |
| Wednesday | 31 December | All areas will close at 12:00pm. There will be no night work. |
| Thursday | 1 January 2009 | All operations will be closed for the 24 hour period. The night shift will start at 12:00 midnight. |
| Friday | 2 January 2009 | Normal operations resume at 8:00am and normal night operations at 6:00pm. |
