We are seeking a dynamic Port Director who will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy and vision of the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands (PACI). Responsibility also includes building a strong and competent Management team; having oversight of PACI’s progression from a financial and operational perspective; and ensuring that the ports, facilities and properties owned and operated by PACI are managed in accordance with the safety and security requirements of applicable local and international laws and regulations. Additionally, to ensure that PACI maximises its commercial opportunities to achieve sustained growth and self-sufficiency. The Port Director serves at the will of and is accountable to PACI’s Board of Directors.
