This is to notify that some of the items sold at the PORT Auction has yet to be collected.
Please see attached pictures of unclaimed items. The owners need to collect them as soon as possible as they will be discarded after a week of this notice. Please bring the PORT issued receipts while collecting the items .

Project: Improvements to Spotts Cruise Terminal Facilities
Employer: Port Authority of the Cayman Islands
Tenders are invited from suitable qualified contractors for the security fencing, masonry walling and general redecoration work on Block 25C Parcels 164, 307 & 311, Spotts.
Contractors will be required to hold a valid Trade and Business License and demonstrate a proven track record on similar projects over CI$100,000 in value.
Tender documents will be available for collection at the offices of JEC Property Consultants Ltd., 96 Mary Street from 12pm on Friday 27th November 2015 and bid submissions will be required to returned to the same premises no later than 12pm on Monday 14th December 2015.
The Port Authority of the Cayman Islands is under no obligation to accept the lowest or any other bid. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder subject to all applicable laws of the Cayman Islands.
To show our appreciation to all our valued customers, the Port Authority is having our annual Customer Appreciation day at our Billing Office in Industrial Park. Clement Reid, Port Director of the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands, was formally installed on November 4 as the 2015-16 chairman of the Caribbean Delegation for the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA).
Mr. Reid accepted his new chairmanship duties at a membership meeting in Miami, FL, during which the entire slate of 2015-16 delegation officers and board of directors were inducted as part of AAPA’s 104th Annual Convention.

The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands (PACI) is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Clement Reid as the new Port Director of the PACI. After careful consideration using a highly competitive recruitment process, Mr. Reid was selected as the most suitable candidate, having the vision and experience to progress the PACI forward.

The Port Authority of the Cayman Islands wishes to advise the public of an auction, in accordance with Section (24) of the Port Authority Law, of abandoned goods. A listing of the goods can be viewed here for your reference. This auction will be held at the Cargo Distribution Center off Dorcy Drive in the Industrial Park on Saturday November 28th, 2015 @ 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The goods to be auctioned include house hold items, building materials, and various other miscellaneous items. All sales are final and only cash will be accepted.
If you realize that you have items set for auction and wish to claim them, then you have until November 21st, 2015 to produce the relevant papers from the shipping company, clear the goods with HM Customs, pay the Port Authority charges, and have the item(s) removed.
We will be doing some routine maintenance on our servers today (Saturday, Sep 5th, 2015) from 1pm to 6pm. During this time, please expect parts or all of the website to be unavaiable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
